Shore Leave 42 Registration
Shore Leave 42 is July 15 - 17, 2022.
At-the-door registration will open at 10:00 AM on July 15.
If you participated in early registration, you will receive a confirmation email when your registration is processed. Your registration materials will be available at the convention.
Please Note: Because of the ongoing pandemic, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required in order to attend Shore Leave 42. Please read our COVID policy for additional information.
Registration Hours
- Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Sunday: 9 AM - 1 PM
COVID vaccination verification starts 30 minutes earlier.
All memberships are "Will Call." When you arrive on July 15, you'll need to go to the pre-registration table in the hotel lobby to pick up your membership materials (badge and programbook), and any items you've purchased. ID is required.

A convention membership grants admission to the convention. Your membership includes:
- Admission to all guest Q&A sessions.
- Admission to most of our other programming. (Some years, we may offer paid workshops.)
- Saturday and weekend memberships include admission to the Saturday evening Masquerade (aka "Costume Call" or "Costume Contest") and Ten Forward party.
- Membership on Saturday or Sunday includes one free autograph per day from Aimee Garcia and Gates McFadden.
The deadline for early registration was June 15, 2022. At-the-door registration (limited to 1500) will take place at the convention.
Advance Registration
- Weekend: $105
- Friday Only: $45
- Saturday Only: $85 (includes Masquerade and Ten-Forward)
- Sunday Only: $50
- Teen (13-17): $60
- Youth (5-12): $20
- Children (under 5): Free with paying adult
- Supporting (non-attending) Membership: $10
At the Door Registration
- Weekend: $120
- Friday-only membership: $45
- Saturday-only membership: $85 (includes Masquerade and Ten-Forward)
- Saturday Evening-only membership: $25 - For admission to Masquerade (viewing attendance) and Ten Forward only. To participate in the Masquerade you must have at least a full Saturday membership.
- Sunday-only membership: $50
- Teen membership (13-17): $60
- Youth membership (5-12): $20
- Children membership (under 5): Free with paying adult
Prices for photos with our actor guests will be posted on the Photo Ops page.
Note: We may sell out on Saturday. If you do not preregister and are planning to arrive Saturday, please be sure to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Fans who mail in for a supporting membership (non-attending membership) will receive their materials (a copy of the Shore Leave 42 Program Book and Membership Badge) after the convention.
